We’re changing the way we think at YMCA Crewe! The “Support Office” has been dismantled and replaced with the GLO Room – a space for young people to be creative, be inspired and think about life.
Life at the Foyer is about having fun, being part of a community, learning new things and having an opportunity to create a new future. When people arrive at the Foyer, they have their own room with an en-suite bathroom and shared kitchen. There is a Games Lounge with computers that everyone has access to, a Music Café, laundry, a gym and a communal courtyard. Residents who are engaging in Foyer life can progress to an apartment; these rooms are larger and have their own kitchens. When people are ready to move into independent accommodation, they can join the Resettlement scheme.
There is always so much going on at Crewe YMCA. Have a look through the photo gallery to get an impression of what life at the Foyer is all about.
