About us

Home » About us
YMCA Crewe is a Christian organisation that invests in the lives of young people and the local community.

Our approach is underpinned by a strong Christian commitment that we seek to apply in the way the organisation functions and how our services are run. We provide our services to people of all faiths or none and we target our energies on those in our society who struggle to survive or thrive in one way or another. We take a positive talent based approach to working with so called ‘hard to reach’ groups; we are convinced that they have untapped potential and we seek to generate confidence and optimism. We offer imaginative and creative ways of working we are not put off by barriers and we are always willing to test bed new ideas.

YMCA Crewe is committed to safeguarding all vulnerable adults and children. We take any disclosure seriously and wish to create a safe environment for our customers. If anyone has any concerns or issues then please contact Gill Guy, Foyer Team Leader, on 07718 982536. For more information please request a copy of our Safeguarding Policies.
